Athlete Development Programs

Serving as the high-performance engine of our academy, the ADP is an intensive pathway tailored specifically for Under-14, Under-16, and senior athletes preparing for competitive circuits. Along with Group Coaching, this program integrates elite tactical awareness, rigorous match simulation, and structured coaching frameworks inspired by internationally recognized sports technology. Athletes in this program undergo advanced video biomechanical reviews to perfect their stroke selection and bowling actions. Beyond physical mechanics, the ADP heavily emphasizes psychological conditioning, teaching players how to construct an innings, read match situations, and manage high-pressure knockout scenarios with the composure of seasoned professionals.

Girls’ Elite Cricket Ecosystem

We are fiercely committed to championing inclusive excellence and providing a premier platform for the next generation of female athletes. The Girls’ Elite program offers highly specialized, secure training batches guided by dedicated, professional Women Mentors. We understand the unique physiological and tactical requirements of the women’s game, which is why this program includes customized strength and conditioning regimes, bespoke nutritional guidance, and dedicated tournament preparation. It is an environment built on empowerment, safety, and uncompromising athletic standards. Scholarship model for rising girl athletes is coming soon.

Elite One-on-One Mentorship

For athletes requiring highly concentrated, individualized attention, our one-on-one mentorship sessions offer exclusive access to our senior coaching staff. These private sessions, lead by national cricketer Mr. Sourabh Jagdale (Co-Founder of Trinity Sports Academy and Director of JSF) are engineered for rapid technical correction, intensive biomechanical overhauls, and bespoke mental conditioning. Whether a batter is struggling with a specific delivery type or a bowler needs to refine their run-up rhythm before a major trial, these hyper-focused sessions provide actionable, immediate solutions driven by advanced video analysis and immediate expert feedback.

Guided by the deep coaching expertise of Mr. Dnyaneshwar Jagdale, the national playing experience of Mr. Sourabh Jagdale, and the international facility vision of Mr. Sudarshan Ingle, we provide an elite training ecosystem.
